How do I get an access code?
Simply enter your secure email address and wait for a verified unique 6 digit code to be sent to your email address
I’ve entered my email and have not received an access code?
Access codes will be supplied within 10 minutes of email input, however, if it does not appear, check your spam folder. Contact IS@themarsagency.com if nothing arrives post this timeframe
I have a new phone will I need to re-register for access?
No, verification is completed via email so as long as your email does not change your account will work on any device in any location
My app disappeared, where did it go?
Is it possible you removed the app from your homescreen?
Check your App library as you can redownload from there
I took a video, does the app support video format?
No, the app only supports images taken via your camera phone, however, watch out for updates as this may potentially be developed in the future
Who can see my photos?
Only verified users can images you upload, all images can be viewed via the feed section of the app
Who owns my photos once they have been uploaded?
All images that have been uploaded are the property The Mars Agency
How do I remove my details from the app database?
